Thanksgiving Service

On September 17th 2008, Ann marked the 21st Anniversary as a Member of Parliament with a Service of Thanksgiving. Colleagues, dignitaries, friends and family gathered at St Francis Church, Week Street. The Service was led by Father John Clark. The Reverend Christopher Morgan-Jones gave the address on the theme of public service.

Ann’s brother, Canon Malcolm Widdecombe, led the prayers and her nephew, Reverend Roger Widdecombe, read one of the Lessons.
